### 資料收集與使用

本應用程式僅在必要的情況下收集資料，以提供服務功能。我們不會主動收集或儲存您的個人身份資訊，例如：姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼等，除非您主動提供以使用特定功能。

### 社群平台公開內容使用

本應用程式會使用下列社群平台之**公開貼文或影片**，以展示官方作品與粉絲內容。我們**僅取得公開貼文／影片之預覽資訊**（如縮圖、標題、描述、作者等），不存取任何人在該平台上的帳號或私人資料，亦不要求用戶登入該平台。

#### 涵蓋平台

- 目前涵蓋 **Instagram**、**Twitter / X**、**Threads**、**TikTok**。我們僅取得上述平台**公開貼文／影片**之預覽資訊，並在應用程式內以嵌入或連結方式顯示，實際內容由各平台伺服器提供。

#### 收集的資訊（共通）

- 僅限**公開貼文／影片網址**所對應的公開預覽資訊
- 包括：縮圖網址、標題、描述、作者名稱、嵌入代碼（若該平台支援）等
- 我們不存取任何用戶在這些平台上的帳號或私人資訊，亦不要求用戶授權或登入

#### 使用目的

- **縮圖與預覽**：在應用程式中顯示官方作品或粉絲內容的預覽圖與摘要，提升使用者體驗
- **嵌入或連結**：在應用程式內以嵌入或連結方式呈現貼文／影片，用戶可瀏覽原始內容
- **內容展示**：展示明星／偶像的官方或社群內容，方便粉絲瀏覽與互動
- 所有內容均來自公開貼文／影片，並保留原作者資訊與連結；不用於未經授權的商業目的、廣告或第三方分享

#### 資料儲存

- 我們僅儲存上述公開資訊，例如：貼文／影片網址、縮圖圖片網址、標題、描述、作者公開名稱、嵌入代碼（若適用）
- 我們不會下載或重新託管各平台之圖片或影片檔案本身
- 所有資料儲存於 Supabase 雲端資料庫，採用業界標準加密與安全措施

#### 嵌入／連結內容的運作方式

- 當用戶在應用程式內瀏覽嵌入或連結之內容時，實際內容由各平台（Instagram、Twitter/X、Threads、TikTok）伺服器載入
- 用戶與該內容的互動（如按讚、留言）依各平台介面與隱私政策規範，我們不追蹤或記錄用戶與嵌入內容的互動行為

#### 資料保留期限

- 貼文／影片網址與相關公開資訊保留至該內容自系統中刪除為止
- 用戶可隨時透過聯絡方式要求查看、修改或刪除相關資料

#### 第三方服務

- 本應用程式可能使用 Meta (Facebook) 相關服務、fxtwitter 等第三方預覽服務，以及各平台之公開頁面預覽資訊
- 嵌入或連結之內容受各平台（Instagram、Twitter、Threads、TikTok）之使用條款與隱私政策約束
- 我們對上述平台內容的使用均遵循各平台政策與相關法律規範

#### 智慧財產權聲明

- 所有社群平台貼文／影片內容之智慧財產權歸原作者所有
- 本應用程式僅作為內容展示與連結之平台，不主張任何內容所有權
- 我們尊重智慧財產權，如有侵權疑慮，請立即聯繫我們處理

### 資料安全

我們採取適當的技術與組織措施，保護您的資料免受未經授權的存取、使用、修改或洩露。資料傳輸採用加密連線，儲存系統具備存取控制機制。

### 用戶權利

根據相關隱私保護法規，您享有以下權利：

- 查閱您的個人資料
- 要求更正不正確的資料
- 要求刪除您的資料
- 反對或限制特定資料處理

### About This Application

We take your privacy and personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how this application collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.

### Data Collection and Use

This application collects data only when necessary to provide service functionality. We do not actively collect or store your personally identifiable information, such as name, email, or phone number, unless you voluntarily provide it to use specific features.

### Use of Public Social Platform Content

This application uses **public posts or videos** from the following social platforms to display official and fan content. When administrators enter a **public post or video URL**, we only obtain **public preview information** for that post (e.g. thumbnail, title, description, author). We do not access anyone’s account or private data on these platforms, and we do not require users to log in to them.

#### Platforms Covered

- We currently support **Instagram**, **Twitter / X**, **Threads**, and **TikTok**. When an administrator enters a public post or video URL from these platforms, we obtain that post’s public preview information and display it in the app via embedding or linking; the actual content is provided by each platform’s servers.

#### Information We Collect (General)

- Only **public preview information** corresponding to public post or video URLs
- This may include: thumbnail URL, title, description, author name, embed code (where supported by the platform)
- We do not access any user’s account or private information on these platforms, and we do not require users to authorize or log in to them

#### Purpose of Use

- **Thumbnails and Previews**: Display preview images and summaries of official or fan content in the app to improve user experience
- **Embedding or Linking**: Present posts or videos in the app via embedding or links so users can view the original content
- **Content Showcase**: Display official or community content of celebrities/idols for fan browsing and interaction
- All content comes from public posts or videos, with original author information and links preserved; it is not used for unauthorized commercial purposes, advertising, or sharing with third parties

#### Data Storage

- We only store the public information described above, such as: post/video URL, thumbnail image URL, title, description, author’s public name, embed code (where applicable)
- We do not download or re-host image or video files from these platforms
- All data is stored in Supabase cloud database with industry-standard encryption and security measures

#### How Embedded or Linked Content Works

- When users view embedded or linked content in the app, the actual content is loaded from the respective platform servers (Instagram, Twitter/X, Threads, TikTok)
- User interactions with that content (e.g. likes, comments) are governed by each platform’s interface and privacy policy; we do not track or record user interactions with embedded content

#### Data Retention

- Post/video URLs and related public information are retained until the content is removed from our systems
- Users may request to view, modify, or delete their related data at any time through our contact information

#### Third-Party Services

- This application may use Meta (Facebook) related services, third-party preview services such as fxtwitter, and public page preview information from the platforms above
- Embedded or linked content is governed by each platform’s (Instagram, Twitter, Threads, TikTok) terms of use and privacy policy
- Our use of content from these platforms complies with each platform’s policies and applicable laws

#### Intellectual Property Notice

- All intellectual property rights in social platform post or video content belong to the original authors
- This application acts only as a content display and linking platform and does not claim ownership of any content
- We respect intellectual property rights; if you have copyright concerns, please contact us immediately

### Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. Data transmission uses encrypted connections, and storage systems have access control mechanisms.

### User Rights

In accordance with relevant privacy protection laws, you have the following rights:

- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict specific data processing
- Data portability

### Children's Privacy

This application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from minors, we will delete it immediately.

### Policy Updates

- We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect legal changes or service adjustments
- Any significant changes will be notified to users through the app or email
- We recommend that you review this policy regularly to stay informed

### Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In case of disputes, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
